Spiga Negra is a south Spain organic and sustainable pasta brand founded by two siblings.

Their vision and approach in sustainability is to harvest wheat from local organic farmers and then, the harvest will be process in their factory in Malaga, where they create semolina, flour and dried pasta. The only provide to the Andalusian market to keep the carbon footprint as low as possible.
